Why is it when playing cold war or ww2, when you go to look up stats on a tank you're playing, you get both cold war and ww2 tanks on the page. I suggest that if you're playing cold war and go to the stats page, you should only see the cold war tanks stats. When playing ww2 and go to the stats page, you see only ww2 tanks. It would make it easier to find a tank you want to check stats on. It was done last year for a bit and it was nice. Would like to see that be a perminate change moving forward.

Yeah i agree with this, you can pick a specific set of tanks and mostly it works, you can see the tanks you are looking for if you specify, for example "Soviet tier 7" in your garage and then go to stats, you will see mostly tier 7 soviet tanks when you go to the stats tab.
Hello, there is a filter that you can open to easily find the tank you are looking for. We did try to have it filter by modes by default but caused all kinds of issues.
A few months back, i don't remember exactly, the cold war tanks only showed in the stats when playing cold war and the ww2 tanks only showed when playing ww2. It was nice and there were no filters in use to show the tank stats for cold war and ww2. Now its back to a jumbled mess and takes forever. If you cant or wont seperate the cold war tanks from the ww2 tanks, then please go back to the 1 page that you had to scroll down to find the tank you're looking for and its stats, cause this 10 tank a page stuff is for the birds.
Hello, as mentioned, there is a stats filter now. Just press "in" on the right thumbstick to open the filter and you can easily find any tank you are looking for.
Im on now, and there's no filter on the stats page, just a mixed listing of cold and hot war tanks.
I did as you suggested and no filters.
Correction, the filter poped up, but still shows cold war tanks with ww2 tanks. There has to be a way to list the tanks seperate and not all together, it was done once, so it should be able to be done again.
As I mentioned in the first response, we did try this and it broke everything. So now there is a filter and you can filter it to you desire. If you don't want to see CW, then change ERA 1,2,and 3 to the "exclude" setting. It will then only show you WWII results
The filter will allow you to set it to anything you want to.
The filter only brings up tanks and not stats. What im talking about is on the stats page listing, if you are in cold war and goto tge stats page, all the tanks listed should only be cold war, just like if you're playing ww2, goto the stats page and only see ww2 tanks and stats. When this was done before, it did not break the system. Wargaming has corrected much smaller things that were not an issue and truely broke the game to the point where it had to be shut down to be fixed. I have been a long time player and know.
I don't think you are doing it right.
The stats page has its own filter
On the profile -> stats page, press "in" on the right thumbstick (button legend will show you what you need to do).
Select what you want to see in the filter and close it. Now you'll only see those tanks in your stats page
"When this was done before, it did not break the system. "
- Yes, it did break it.
This is what im looking at right now. Profile-stats page. Now when i press down on the right stick nothing happens.
Unsure why you don't see it, its there....
When the filter works, this is what you get with no stats at all. Just pictures of tanks and the ability to pick the ones you see on this screen with no stats.
Just close that screen after you set the filter, the stats page will now only show those tanks.
If this is what yoi're talking about, then we're on two different pages.
Open the filter, set it up, close the filter. Your stats page will now only shows stats for the tanks in the filter
Yes but if you do that for cold war and goto ww2, that will not carry over and you will have to change it every time you go from cold war to ww2.
Correct.
It is interactive so you ( and any player) can find anything they are looking for.
Every player will want to see different things, this put it fully in your control.
To much work when it can be made so that cold war tanks are seen in cold war and ww2 tanks are seen in ww2.
I feel like we are going in circles. I already answered this 2 or 3 times above and why it doesn't do that.
