How is anyone supposed to get the 2.5 hr chest reward, if its locked to the War Gaming stream and it doesn't last for 2.5 hours? Currently stuck forever at 94% of 2.5 hours...

You had to watch some of the official stream that was on last Tuesday. It was 2 hours.
