On the main commander tab where all the commanders are if you go to a crew that is in a premium tank it says it is assigned to that premium tank instead of the tech tree tank in came from. (Because commanders can’t be assigned to a premium tank) But if you go to the premium tank itself and go to the commander tab it shows the correct Trained Vehicle.

If a commander is in a premium tank it should show what tank the crew is Trained to since commanders CAN NOT be trained to a Premium tank
if it doesnt have one it would say unassigned
if you watch the video the crew is trained to the Progetto 65 in the first commander tab it shows the wrong tank trained but if you go to the actual premium tank than it say trained to the Progetto 65

That would be confusing if you pull up the commander that is in a premium tank and it shows the TT assigned tank no? You pull it up and it looks like he is already back in his tank but he is not.
The other issue I see in what you are labeling as a bug is when a commander may be in a different nation premium. It is important that it shows what tank they are currently in to avoid cross nation reassignment costs by bumping them out to allow return to the TT assignment without additional penalty.
While there may another discussion about the different ui design aspects of commander transfers—not sure this is a bug.
It would be nice if there was a line that said TT assignment and then one that said current assignment.
