Can WG please revert the tech tree to the way it was many years ago? If one module from a tank carried over to another tank, then that module should either be immediately available or the “package” should be XP discounted. This is the way it was at launch and should be reverted, grinding sucks so hard anymore. My case and point is the BL-9 122mm for the USSR. The IS-3 has the BL-9 as the very last module at tier 8, so that module should be immediately available for silver purchase on the T-10 (formerly the IS-8), not the second to last upgrade on the T-10 before you start researching the OBJ-277. BL-10 152mm for the ISU-152 and OBJ-704, same thing. The Tiger 2 and E-75, same thing. Along with various radios. This is just an example but this should be widespread across all nations and tiers.

Yes, we absolutely need either the old research system or the one from pc. This “linear progression” is absolutely abysmal and poorly designed.
Like why are the modules that give your tank a fighting chance against other tanks that are +2 above your tank, at the end of the path?
I will comment on this post every day until wargaming tells me to stop. We really need to go back to the old system with the packages. The ability to mount previously unlocked guns and modules was so refreshing versus the stock grinds of today’s WOTC. garnering hundreds of thousands of xp on a tank just to unlock things that have already been unlocked is unnecessary and frustrating. I don’t see people spending 100 dollars to get free xp just to skip it, and instead just drop the game.
