I tried to ping the map to let people know where the enemy is and was unable to ping while alive. Specifically happened on Liberty Falls standard battle don’t know if it happens elsewhere

Correct, the game will not allow you to send anything when you are flagged as a spammer.
Try again the next match to see if it works.

Check your control scheme, make sure you didn't change it and are using muscle memory for different control scheme. I've been playing all morning and both Radial and Map pings have been working fine.
I also use default control scheme, if you can let us know which one you use normally/currently

The events that happened for me to notice it occurred. It was working earlier in the morning. I got the fire/hp bug so I restarted my game mid match. That fixed the visual effects but broke my ping/radial wheel. Maybe that has something to do with it. If you notice at the end of the video it registers I’m hitting the button tho. I got hit for spamming. So it might be visual. I just restarted my game I’ll take a look.

I think it’s connected because my pings came back and radial works too after restart

Seems like it is tied to restarting mid match. Let us know if it stops working again.
