Then you could see that the enemy team had a few tanks with 3 MOE and your team had zero

If I could see Marks at the beginning of the match I would either give up and yolo in to die ASAP or just follow the high marked tanks on the green side because greens are going to smash the Reds. It could be interesting after a battle to see Marks but I never fight with honor, ever. It WOTs after all, honor has nothing to do with it. IMO.

Why not? Pre-game we don't plan, coordinate, communicate, there's no command & control. It's all autonomous. Supporting the best tank is a choice. Supporting your highest MOE could be a choice. Adds coordination potential. Do it.

There a rating system next to tank to show how much experience with specific tank but like to including moe too. PC have it I asked for it on suggest. I like that idea as well.
