Tiers 5, 7 and 8 have a range of preferred MM tanks, which is great. Tier 6 however has only 2 (that I'm aware of), both British, the British Bulldog and the TOG II. It would be great if WG could offer some more as I am sure sales could be good. Suggestions anyone (and please don't suggest the Absolution, even though it would be great).

Honestly most shermans if not all should have pmm. Love my M4 improved because of it's pmm but the Sherman gun is awful versus some higher tier premiums and heavies to the point where you have to be behind them to pen

Thier are few that WG could 'reforge' as required to fit a PMM tank. AND it would have the added benefit of not being OP, just more and usable. We need more than 2 PMM tanks at Tier 6.

A little of topic however, no offense taken all good. Re the asking / feedback its a simple answer. If WG (or any game company) only ever hears/sees/reads 100% positive feedback (the name of this section) about their product, year after year, but player numbers are not increasing or even declining, something is wrong. I like this game, after 5 years and 71k battles I'm still playing despite of all the 'changes' since Build 5.0. So I give feedback, in hope one day, when WG is discussing thier current "Grand Design" and why it's not working to goals/targets set, someone in the room puts foward the idea of reviewing player feedback. No only means no till you say yes.

A43 Black Price prototype should have pref mm cuz it has terrible mobility in general and terrible armor when facing tier VIII tanks
Like the things good about the A43 Black Prince are it’s penetration DPM and it’s ability to semi side scrape

The Snake bite needs a bit of a pen buff, always has, ppl complained against it cause of it's mobility, but it does. 91 is not acceptable.
You guys can keep asking, and I'm personally Not against it, but it's another thing that they've said a hard no on. I think in +1 MM, Pref MM tanks should only see their own tier like they originally did. I'm not sitting here trying to shoot down your guy's ideas for fun things in the game. We're probably getting 2 world wars next year, so anything we get and the lights/game staying on for us to play is a WELCOMED bonus in my book.

Here’s a “Be careful what you ask for…” anecdote. One of my first PMM tanks was the T14. It is a Tier 5 that has PMM only to Tier 6 …. Sounds good until you find out the gun is a Tier 4. So, in reality, you are 2 tiers down any way. And if you have a Tier 6 battle, you are forced to use prammo just to stay competitive. Otherwise, AP ammo is pretty much useless.

You have a fair point re Pen. I would add with the recent rounds of "low Tier" buffs some PMM guns should also be slightly 'reforged' to stay relevant and playable. Re pen and Tier 6 thier are a few tanks that simply can't compete on any level when faceing Tier 8 (including against T8 Lights).

Well, WG did buff the T14 several years back. They added 1mm to the turret. A coat of paint would have worked as well.

By design (for reasons I don't know) WG created the "preferred matching making" class of tanks. A major characteristic of this class is the guns are pretty much unusable in a bottom Tier +2 match, low pen. If you went and buffed PMM tanks pen it starts to move to "normal" specs which is counter to the PMM design. WG has buffed Tier 6 in some areas in a lot of tanks, hit points for example. But if you enjoy +/-1 MM like I do (even with the PMM class limitations) Tier 6 has 2 choices of tanks, that's it. I am not asking for Tier 6 buffs so they can pen 95% of Tier 8 as this would make Tier 5 unplayable.

I am a supporter of +1/-1 since WG’s idea of balance is not mine. I remember the surveys that were done just after it was tested. If WG had listened we might have had it already. However, everyone should have a good idea how they responded.

I don't think any of this will get fixed unless we get a WoT 2 or something. We've gone so far down the powercreep rebalancing road with so many weird branches (like PMM) I wish we could reboot the whole thing with all tanks brought back to a baseline. I like the idea of the Cold War eras and wish we could have a true WW2 era where all the vehicles are competitive (roughly tiers 5-8 now?) Tiers 9-10 that we know now should really be integrated with the first CW era with some tanks thrown back into WW2 of course. I digress from the more T6 PMM tanks topic which is really just a bandaide for the deeper larger design issues.

If +/-1 MM is not possible in 2023, then providing just a few more PMM tanks for Tier 6 would give players more choices and to get +/-1 battles.

+2/-2 is what keeps players losing battles (along with RNG). If you could see the sheer amount of people buying gold to skip tanks you would understand why wargaming keeps it this way. It's most toxic at tier 8 to 10, because it's the end game content that everybody wants the most
