60TP low penetration rounds?

60TP premium rounds seems like it needs a buff, 317 for heat is pretty low alongside its low standard pen, similar to an OBJ705A which has slightly better standard pen but suffers from the same low HEAT pen though it could be arguable that the 705A needs better standard pen as it can’t do ridgeline fighting which is less dangerous than side scrapping in the current AVRE status.
It is also arguable that an E100 as better pen because it’s turret is less effective in comparison to a 60TP so in some form of balance it has better HEAT.

Maybe make it APCR instead of HEAT or buff the HEAT so it’s closer to other tier 10 HEAT pen?

We need to normalize not relying on gold round spam to “balance”
