I'm currently level 13 or 14 and have unlocked multiple rewards from balls to bags in Tour Dynasty thru tournament play but can't find any of them. What can I do to reclaim them??

When you unlock balls and clubs while leveling up, you do not receive those items. You are unlocking them in the store so they become available for you to purchase with coins.
