well lets see when i open a window it opens a seperate idk widget or whats it called. there is no themes option a simple screenshot sends me through five windws and the entire taskbar looks strange

open the start menu
go to the settings category > keyboard
look thru it for the shortcuts pertaining to the xfce4-screenshooter tool and its various modes.
unzip this file using the included archive manager and read the text and refer to pics.
grouping same open tasks is by default OFF. u can likely set the 'window buttons' panel Item to Group if u prefer
