My question can be summed up as does the below mentioned hardware have any prior issues known with Linux mint and if so what can i do to prevent/solve if they were to come up.

Specifications:
CPU: i7-5820k
GPU: RTX 2070 SUPER
RAM: 16gb DDR4 2666mhz
SSD: 500GB Samsung 860

Disclaimer i will go to bed soon after posting this so if answers or elaborations are slow please keep this in mind.

# karmic olive not really, the only thing you'll have to do is install nvidia drivers

had no issue when i did the live boot with that so a full install shouldn't have those issues either, now i am not sure if my follow up question is stupid but when i did the live boot the system was slow which is to be expected from a USB boot but when i was downloading packages my ram only filled up is that because nothing gets saved to the USB and only the ram therefore slowing the performance down more ?
