Due to some physical damage, my headphones disconnect when I move my head too much. When they reconnect even after 1 second, the sound in my headphone goes off the roof even though the sound level seems the same on linux sound controller. When I increasel/decrease the sound level again after connecting, it syncs again with the shown sound levels. What can I do? I am on latest version of Linux Mint - Linux Mint 22.3 - Cinnamon 64-bit, Kernal - 6.8.0-111-generic

i think i had a similar problem on windows a few years ago, with some partially damaged headphones, so it might just be something to do with the headphones and not mint
Whenever I remove my headphones physically and reconnect them, this thing still happens. It also happened when these headphones were not damaged.
see the manual of the headphones if there's some button way to limit the maximum volume.
