#Laptop turns back on after shutdown when i try to close the lid.

I have tried when lid closed shutdown and do nothing but both lead to the same result. read a solution that talked about screensavers needing to be turned off but same result, the thing is instantly turned on the moment i tilt my screen to close the lid. I have been searching online for ages but I can't figure out what the issue is. The laptop im using is MSI. I don't want my laptop to cook itself while i think its turned off so i can really use the help
