When i adjust this slider the audio decreases until i go to the next video and my eardrums blow up because it goes back to max. Why does this happen? is it instagram doing that or KDE doing that?

it's the app and browser. so, leave ALL apps at 100% and use the MASTER VOLUME to lower or raise listening level
