Did you boot the Mint ISO and use boot repair to create a summary report?
look in your computer maker's website for your model support. In its Drivers section get the iRST driver
save and extract zip file and put that on separate USB stick.
when you get to same point in installer, choose 'Browse' or 'load driver'
and go to that second USB folder

He had windows installed before with Mint on a different drive. Windows doesn't boot since the Mint install
then why is he on a Windows installer screen?
"I do not know why my Windows is broken even though they are on different disks." Not sure why they want to install again without trying boot repair for a summary report
