What does your bluetooth manager look like?

Mine looks like this

So they are registered. Do your buds make the connection sound when you try to connect?

run bluetoothctl info in your terminal

while your earbuds are connected

and send the output

ok you should run
bluetoothctl devices first and copy the id of the device and then run
bluetoothctl info
