my desktop environment went unresponsive for a minute. I was just watching a youtube video. I was still able to move my cursor around and the audio from the video kept playing, but I couldn't click anything or alt tab. After like a minute the desktop started working again and mission center says the GPU was pinned at 100% for that minute. Why would it do that?
