#How to permanently disable "hands-free" from my sound settings/drivers/software?

Description: I use a desk microphone and JBL TUNE770NC or some Sony ones, these headsets come with built-in mics.
My problem is that Discord or any other software that has a voice chat enabled (Helldivers 2) tend to auto-switch my sound output to handsfree making sound sht.
I don't want to work with each app I come across manually disabling or setting stuff, I want the whole "Hands-free" option to be gone of my system

Steps to Reproduce:
[Step 1]: Just connect my headset
[Step 2]: sometimes it connects as a hands-free others as a headset (like the picture)
[Step 3]: when hands-free auto-connects then "headset" dissapears

Expected Behavior:
For my system to always connect into "headset" or any other output device mode rather than hands-free

Actual Behavior:
My system sometimes randomly changes to hands-free if more than 1 app takes over my headset

Additional Information:
I have been offered this solution: https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Bluetooth_headset#Disable_PipeWire_HSP/HFP_profile
But I am hesitant to try it before someone answers this thread and provides their experience
Thansk for the help 😄
