Cinnamon crashed and it went into fallback mode. So I pressed ctrl+alt+esc and it seemed to have returned to normal, but I could still see the fallback mode panel down there transparent below the cinnamon custom panel. Without rebooting the whole system, what can I do, pls? Image highlights overlapping
