So the first video was how snapping work in 22.2, testing it on LMDE. Whenever I unsnapp a window it will go to the place it was before.

After 22.3 this experience was changed and for some reason whenever I unsnapp a window it'll do this weird moving-window-to-a-corner-tile thing. Just watch the second video.

Is this an intendend behaviour? If it does, is there a way to change it?

Surely there is system settings that allow you to adjusts snap to window and adjust the experience. Have you checked the settings of LM?
