i thought this issue was resolved but the issue just came back. same issue, i've just upgraded to zena so that... may be the issue??

now when i do inxi -Exxxz it says:
Bluetooth:
Message: No bluetooth data found.

and dmesg | grep btusb:
[ 694.787365] usbcore: registered new interface driver btusb

because before i was asked to supply the inxi -Fmxxz and dmesg | grep bluetooth here's those as well. fmxxxz is attached as a text file.

dmesg | grep bluetooth actually gave me.... nothing back.

i tried to do that mediatek fix thing again but it didn't work so... i don't know whats goin wrong.

attached is my system info as well. got no clue what happened here unfortunately, been trying to fix it myself for the past 40 minutes or so

yes, i tried that but it didn't work for some reason?

#

oh wait hold on

#

let me quickly do both of those.

#

neither of these worked unfortunately

stark basin
#

Did you reboot after?

raw wigeon
#

both times

#

i can try again, i might have done it wrong. aren't reboot and restart synonymous?

stark basin
#

Should be, any results for udevadm info /dev/bus/usb/*/$(lsusb | grep 0489:e111 | awk '{print $4}' | sed 's/://') 2>/dev/null | grep -

#

Or any for grep -Rin -B1 -A4 "0489pE111" /usr/lib/udev/hwdb.d

none for the first one, but got this for the second one:

The Bluetooth isn't showing now for some reason

raw wigeon
#

huh.

stark basin
#

Might want to try disconnecting unneeded USB devices and see if it shows

raw wigeon
#

i disconnected my mouse, do i just redo the lsusb again?

stark basin
#

Not sure, been I while since I had an issue with too many USB devices connected and one was a USB HDD

raw wigeon
#

cuz this is the result

stark basin
#

Might need a reboot

raw wigeon
#

rebooted

stark basin
#

Still nothing?

raw wigeon
#

seemingly no, no changes.

stark basin
#

I have no idea what might cause it. Could possibly be fixed by a power off then press and hold power button for 30 seconds in case something in BIOS isn't right

raw wigeon
#

alright

#

hold on

#

well

#

for some reason, it just suddenly started working

stark basin
#

Not sure why

raw wigeon
#

why it suddenly stopped working and is now suddenly working is beyond me, but alright. thank you for your assistance sir
