LibreOffice Writer No Extensions: Icon

Hi, I'm watching this tutorial (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x44bda1dz84) to make my LibreOffice Writer to look a bit more like MS Office, however, on the second step, when going to Options - LibreOffice - View, when I click the extension icon for Icon Theme, nothing pops up. I'm trying to make my LibreOffice to override the dark mode to light mode that I have on my Linux Mint desktop.

u can use onlyoffice if u want thats what i use

probably because the version mint ships lacks that feature
