It also says in Terminal:
"Package libdvdread4 is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source

You're supposed to install codecs when first installing Mint. You can easily get them by installing MakeMKV, Handbrake, and or VLC.

sudo apt-get install vlc in the terminal.
