use that to make USB or use fedora image writer (works for any distro) , or if Pop comes with one.
alright so am I using the .txt file to see if the long text of letters and numbers match what's shown in the terminal?

if u got the iso from torrent or some other website and things be sketchy
the gpg thing verifies the sha256sum.txt as accurate
and the sha256 hash command u ran verifies the ISO
got mine from the mint download page mirror kernal dot org. sounds like i'm good
