Zram won't give you "better performance" in games if that's what you mean
But if you mean in terms of compression/decompression speed use LZ4 (or ZSTD if you have a more modern machine, you can try both)
Ideally you can set it to 0.5x (8GB) or 1x (16GB) of your RAM,
You can set it to bigger amounts, but be reminded more zRAM won't give you more RAM
it'll just compress the heck out of your RAM
