OS: Linux Mint Cinnamon 22.2 'Zara'.

-- Question for former Windows users --

On Windows, Win+T places focus on the taskbar, as to cycle through all apps in the taskbar, using keyboard directional arrows then Enter. It essentially turns the taskbar into a videogame menu.

It's just so intuitive that it can't be unlearned.

Win+Number does work on both Windows and Mint... It does open the app in position Number in the taskbar, but Win+T is the one I can't live without.

No exact equivalent for Win+T shortcut yet in Linux Mint Cinnamon or any other distro?

Yes... The legendary alt+tab cycles through the opened apps only, also cycling order can't be easily predicted...

On Windows, Win+T instead places focus on the taskbar, allowing to cycle through all apps in the taskbar (left to right) via keyboard arrows then Enter. It essentially turns the taskbar into a videogame menu.
It's so playful and convenient that it just can't be unlearned.
