This is more of a question than problem.
How does mintinstall decide which icons to be displayed for software packages (.deb only i guess)? I noticed that the gkrellm-radio looks the same as the task manager (the icon), which confuses me a bit.

Some just look like boxes if they're not that popular or developer was too lazy to give it an icon

Yes, I would like to make this icon exclusive for the task manager if possible, so that gkrellm-radio appears as a box.
Or manually find another icon for task manager, this seems to be the easiest.

the icons shown in software manager are a function of the developer who made the package. period.
