Can connect but sound quality is very low

#

Worked fine on windows without low quality audio

#

Looking online, seems I may need PulseAudio or PipeWire

#

and Pipewire is already in mint

#

pipewire is already up to date

#

it's not the audio server

#

it's the bluetooth adapter or the headset is being dumb

#

read about how to force the headset to advertise/broadcast its hifi audio profile

#

supposed to get more than this:

#

some headsets - especially Apple - have this serious fuckery

Well seems I can use A2DP as long as I don't select it through the blueman

#

and then just swap to A2DP through sound settings

#

If I try and select A2DP through blueman then it removes the option as it fails to connect
