Hello, i use dual boot Windows 10 and Linux mint when i use Windows and turn it off there is no problem but in mint when i turn it off , looks like it turned off but whe in try to turn it on it doesnt let me, k have to keep the powerlifting button like 5 seconds and after it it let me turn it on, also when that happened the battery drains, the weird thing is that it only happens in linux

try this in linux terminal just for testing, don't have any open important work or files open:

#

systemctl poweroff

#

see if that shuts down the PC fully.

Nope, still have to maintain the power off button:(

#

When i shut it off with holding the power off button there is no problem

#

yes but that is not right

#

and can destroy the filesystem

#

at the very least, press ctrl-alt-backspace.

#

then hold the power key til it shuts off

#

or use the power icon near top
