I have this g9 play for tests, it have an problem on battery that it cant keep running on battery, but in charger it can, but now, the phone does not leave the M on battery, and in charger it reachs the animation, say "he" and dies, i didn tested if the phone dies on fastboot or recovery, I don't care of losing all data in this phone, i just want to make it works and continue testing

My sibling's laptop has this issue and never works unplugged, but only when charging, I don't think there's fix other than replacing battery
By the way, if you want to access the boot menu when it's turned off hold both the up volume and power button, I had to reset my sister's phone cause she reset the password, but it will ask for the gmail account, also in boot menu you use the volume for moving, and power button for picking that option

Obs: the phone did not requested the gmail password that it has before wiping data, this problably happened due to phone did not have configured password before data wipe
