Restarted PC, stuck in this screen, no matter what I click nothing's changed

What do I do

Nvm, for anyone else with the same issue:

Control + alt + delete gets the system to restart

Don't click with your mouse, just use the keyboard arrows

If you click with your mouse, repeat the shortcut again

Gets you into the bios

Okay I'm out of the woods, I think it was either a bug or for something related to the CPU fan (only changed one setting, let it give me an error when the CPU fan fails, then it booted, weird)
