when ever i press monitor physical on and off button ( not power button )
applications in the panel are getting shuffled
i don't use group application settings in panel
each individual window appear on panel ( for example i have 4 nemo (file manager) window opened each appear individual in panel , multiple browser profile window )
i keep them in particular order for easy muscle memory so i don't have to preview
so whenever i on and off monitor , the application windows getting shuffled
