audio and video cutting out every few minutes

I seem to be having the same issue with my Bluetooth headphones from today so yeah....

here are the error messages i'm getting. It works okay until a certain point and then when the audio cuts out it reads "buffer deadlock prevented"
this was with the driver "nvidia-driver-580-open" installed
Edit: turns out there's a problem with the file itself, but that still doesn't explain why something like this is happening on youtube as well.
