Sometime between September 28 and October 2'nd, TF2 is running at extremely low FPS, even when I went to the bare minimum graphics settings from middle end graphics. I am running the latest version of Steam, have re-downloaded TF2 with no modifications, Use the play TF2 option rather than OpenGL, and launch the game windowed borderless (The issue remains when I launch it full screen or windowed.). Haven't found any reproducible steps other than downloading TF2 on the Steam client provided by the software manager.
