#Davinci resolve problems.(Project not opening, Files not impoerting

Hey i have downloaded davinci wich im also using on windows and wana get it to run here.
But i have there 2 problems.

  1. Media after i import it just is block no audio no video
  2. If i exit and enter again try to open a project its just loading and not doing anything

Any 1 know what im doing wrong?

About the no audio or video, you have to buy the pro version to use these kind of files because linux doesn't have the proprietary codecs built-in, so you have to "pay" for them buying the pro version.
The free version have some formats support but you need to convert everything to make it usable without the pro.

if you want alternatives you can try kdenlive, shotcut or even blender for simple tasks.

I use shutter encoder setting dnxhd 36
