Mint literally has no bloat
All apps are actually useful
Just because you do all your work in a browser doesn't mean you have to purge half of your apps

if the bluetooth application,is installed, it's taking up space on my drives correct? If I don't want it there, it's bloat.

Spending any time worrying about the space bluetooth takes up on the drive is far more "bloat" than leaving it there. If you have 40GB of storage total, it is still meaningless to remove programs that tiny
