Same PC, same settings, same drive.

I saw an arsenal video of sober on mint on 240 and went to mint to test it out but it went at 40 max, I reinstalled and the same result happened. I switched back to Fedora KDE and Sober ran 240 on the same settings. Why does this happen and how can I get to 240 on mint without any terminal commands?

Anyways. What are your specs?

#

Like, GPU..

#

I suspect wayland is what improves it, which is what Ubuntu and Fedora have

#

Mint uses X11

#

On the login screen, click on the mountain icon, select 'Cinnamon on Wayland' and log in

#

then test

#

note that that mode is experimental and the only keyboard layout is the American one
