yes steam starts after 10 minutes
the games also 10 minutes
other stuff wich is not steam starts instantly
i have already reinstalled it.
also tryed .deb and flatpack

Well, the steam client is pretty huge. It takes a while on my machine too. But not 10 minutes

no a minimum of 5 minutes at least
and other games and sofware wich is haevier loads up way faster

Is it running on startup? If so, in your startup entry, is there any startup delay?
If not, we could try running Steam via a CLI and see what is causing its delays

#

We can also try launching a game with PROTON_LOG=1 %command% in the arguments to see what the output is and see what is causing the delay

side note, do try to post your specs from system info or running inxi or lscpuin a CLI
