open the graphical Bluetooth Manager from the Mint System Settings, and show it here.

while you do that, put the airpods back into their charging case, and close the lid for 15 seconds.

go to BT manager: options for the adapter. and put it into non-hidden (discoverable) mode for 3 or 5 minutes

it should show the switch ON in the top right

then take airpods out of case, they will then be in pairing mode, they should see the PC , and you will see found device in BT Manager

and/or click "Search Devices" in the manager

alright it found them

however when i try pairing with them it asks me for a pin code for authentication however i havent set one to my airpods
