I wanna remap altgr to ctrl+alt like it's on Windows, but I don't know how to. A good solution would be that I don't need to open a remapping program anytime I start my laptop, and it should be working globally. If anyone knows how to do that, please tell me!

Install the Input Remapper app, I don't think you need to open it every time for it to work (and if you do, there's probably a guide on its github to fix that)
