Hey
so i just updated my Linux Mint System Linux Mint 22.1 x86_64 / Linux 6.8.0-71-generic
after i updated and restarted i went into the terminal and ran sudo apt autoremove while it removed some linux headers it gave me the following

Warning: os-prober will be executed to detect other bootable partitions. Its output will be used to detect bootable binaries on them and create new boot entries.

So i know that this is used when dual booting and that its just a warning not an error so it shouldnt be an issue
it still annoys me since this shouldnt even come up since i only run one OS
Just wanted to doublecheck if i can ignore this or if theres even a way to fix this warning

idk why u let it erase the kernel headers

#

reinstall them for the specific kernel version that the uname -r command returns.

#

easiest way to check all of this is using Synaptic Package Manager.

#

worth installing.

#

then you can click the Status button on the left in it, and "Installed" above that. You'll see every package on your system which is installed, and you can scroll the list alphabetically, and make sure u DO have the headers, the linux modules, and of course the linux image of that version, all matching
