#Dualboot Linux Mint and Windows on different disks

Hello! I have 2 disks, one 2TB where I want to install windows and another one which has 500GB and I want to install Linux Mint there.
Can I do that and choose which one to open when booting?

These are 2 different disks, 2 HDDs, not 1 that has 2,5TB
