Connecting from Linux Mint to Ubuntu Laptop via Remmina

How exactly do I use Remmina to connect from my Linux Mint Desktop to my Ubuntu Laptop?
Both are on the Same Home Network and I intend to use VNC as the protocol. I have the IP address of the Ubuntu Laptop and also I have configred it to allow Desktop Sharing and Remote Control under System > Desktop Sharing. Despite this when I try to connect via Mint via Remmina I get the attached error stating unable to connect to the VNC server. I am not sure what I am doing wrong

Lemme preface that I dont use Ubuntu.

From what I see online, Ubuntu uses RDP for Desktop sharing
