Making a VM through virtualbox is the simple and easy way. But performance is not the best.

If better performance is really required and you want to get into the weeds, you can make a vm using Qemu with KVM and something like virt-manager as the frontend. Ping me and ill try to help you with this

All is missing
It's a bit strange cuz I use the program(rpcs3) on windows and didn't have these problems ever

But error has shown Vulkun1.dll
Is missing i download it from dll.files website but same
careful of using that site.

maybe it has something to do with Linux Vulkan 3D graphics support?

yes I believe u need 2 graphics cards though. One for handling the HOST OS (Linux) and one for direct passthrough to the VM
