#Wine not working, several errors pop up.

I installed the Wine from the software library, and tried to open wine configuration, and got this:

I'm not really sure what is going on and would appreciate any help.

I did a clean install and now the cfg works but I get this error when i try to play a game

I followed all the instructions for install on debian 12 from winehq and i really don't know where I am going wrong.

It looks like you're trying to run a game with regular wine. This can work, sometimes, but you should instead install Lutris and use that

It'll give you an easy GUI to use Proton (wine, but with a ton of fixes dedicated to games)

should i uninstall wine for that? or install it in addition?

i tried to launch the game through lutris and it shows me this but nothing has happened for at least 5 minutes (the first bit means downloading)

yeah and whenever i hit play after about a minute the option to stop disappears and the option to "play" shows up again

which i think means the game is crashing
