Hello guys 👋
I'm trying to install Linux mint in a dual boot.
I set my partition boot off with the terminal but it changed the flag to msfdata no_automount
In the default situation its flag must be empty.
Is it okay?

the key is to have Windows Fast Startup OFF

this is a control panel setting, not in BIOS

Secondly, the other main key is to have only ONE EFI System Partition (ESP) per drive

and use a bootable usb flasher like ventoy, rufus, universal usb installer to make the live boot medium.

alternately, you may LAN-Boot (PXE) using iVentoy provided you have another pc, and the one you want to install linux on can connect via ethernet
