Description
On some apps, like Steam (the native package), the cursor changes to a very weird and pixelated cursor that looks nothing like the one i've set up(which is Bibata Modern Classic).
Steps to Reproduce
Launch Steam and simply place your cursor on the top part of the Steam app.
Alternatively you can just launch any game and open the Steam overlay, the cursor will also be different in there and in the game.
Additional Information
I can't even screenshot it, as this cursor also doesn't show up on screenshots, so i can only take pics of it with my phone.
This also happens on other apps like games running from Heroic despite it working fine on any other Flatpak or application.
I've already tried doing a clean install to see if it would fix itself but it didn't.
