I'd really like the Super+Tab Window Selector to have the window previews in roughly the same relative position as the actual position on the workspace. Is there any way to set that up, or alternatives to the built-in window switcher that work in such a way? It's just a bit hard to intuitively visualise when they move around so much.
#Super+Tab Window Switcher - better preview positioning?

Have you looked at the settings - windows - alt+tab? There are few different modes
Yeah, I tried those - none seem as good as the default super+tab switcher, despite its flaws.
There's a button that shows you a desktop at the right most position of the menu (by default), you can change behavior in the settings of that app, see if anything there fits
Expo's pretty neat, but the Scale (window selector) option is the same as Super+Tab
If none of the options fits what you need, you can look into modifying the settings or code yourself. Or you could make a feature request with developers. https://projects.linuxmint.com/reporting-an-issue.html
Do you happen to know where the source for the window switcher is?
