trying to switch back to windows, but im not entirely sure how. i like linux mint, but trying to run music production programs on here is hell

follow the instructions; if you have a windows machine then do the usb from there. if you only have the Linux machine, flash the windows image using ventoy.

as he shows there, "partition style: GPT" in "partition configuration" ensure to leave about 3 GB of free space at end of drive. you may need it for live drivers for the winstaller.

format the grey to whatever, exfat or fat32 to make it usable after ventoy is installed. then slap the win iso onto the purple "ventoy" part
