I'd make a win 11 boot usb instead since w10 is end of life.
watch the video carefully, and nevermind if that isn't your laptop brand. follow it closely. you'll need a second usb stick or CD to have the drivers unzipped on

Well that didn’t solved my Problems
This Video Shows when I have no Drive Storage
But when I open the Boot Stick then click on install now then there is this screen that there is no Driver(Not Storage)
I dont know what to do

yeah so you would click on browse button
and browse to other usb or flash card which has the chipset driver, and possibly RST/RAID driver
check ur model's website in support n downloads area
When I try to to Download that chipset it only gives me win8.1 or 7 option
